Senior Day weekend went about as well as it could for senior softball players Morgan Blanton, Jordan Fulton, Haley Pace, Shemekia Scotton, and Amber Steinhardt.
After dropping the first game of a Saturday double-header against Georgia Southern 4-0, the Catamounts fired back in game two on their way to a 7-2 victory. They carried the momentum into Sunday, defeating the Eagles again by a score of 5-2.
There is still plenty of softball left to be played, but this weekend will certainly be remembered as a highlight for the Catamount seniors.
